I’m Harilakshmi, a counselling psychologist. Therapy with me is a calm, non-judgmental space where you can bring whatever you’re going through, at your own pace.
In our work together, we will:
• Make room for your feelings and stories, without rushing.
• Gently explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck.
• Use evidence-based tools (like CBT, DBT and mindfulness) in a way that fits you.
